    Apple Denied Fees After Shaking Speaker Patent Suit

    Apple Inc. cannot collect attorneys' fees after ducking a patent infringement suit over iPhone and iPad speakers, a California federal judge ruled Thursday, finding that there is insufficient evidence that Slot Speaker Technologies Inc.'s litigation strategies were unreasonable enough to warrant awarding fees.
