    Nortek, Energy Labs Duel Over Post-Verdict Judgment Bids

    Energy Labs Inc. urged a California federal judge Wednesday to uphold a jury’s conclusion that it didn’t infringe six patents covering air ventilation technology held by larger rival, Nortek Air Solutions Inc., which in turn blasted the other company’s request to invalidate the three claims the verdict didn’t.
