CORRECTED: Union Tossed From Antitrust Contract Row
A California federal judge on Thursday tossed the claims of a one union alleging that another conspired with employers to illegally control wages in docks along the Pacific coast, but allowed two companies to press on with an antitrust claim. Correction: An earlier story did not clearly state that the judge ruled that the Iron Workers union lacks standing to bring the antitrust and labor law violations claims. The error has been corrected.
