    11th Circ. Upholds FTC's Pipe-Fitting Monopoly Ruling

    The Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a Federal Trade Commission decision that McWane Inc. unlawfully maintained monopoly power through a rebate program for U.S.-made iron pipe fittings, used in some municipal projects, that stymied a competitor's efforts, ruling the commission's findings were backed up by ample evidence.
