    J&J Cleared Of RICO Charges Over Risperdal Side Effects

    A Michigan federal judge on Monday tossed a case accusing Johnson & Johnson Inc. and its Janssen Pharmaceuticals unit of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and state consumer law violations for illegally marketing the antipsychotic drug Risperdal to children, ruling that the plaintiff failed to prove injury to his business or property.
