    CORRECTED: Energy Shot Maker Pushes To Undo $10.6M TM Verdict

    The maker of the 6-Hour Power energy shot continued its bid to overturn a $10.6 million trademark infringement verdict in favor of 5-Hour Energy’s maker, telling a Michigan federal judge the trial evidence overwhelmingly supported what should have been a false advertising verdict in its favor instead. Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly referred to the previous verdict as a patent infringement verdict. The error has been corrected.
