    BMW Says Suit Over Mini's Gas Mileage Doesn't Identify Class

    BMW of North America LLC told a Florida federal court Tuesday that a case claiming the automaker misrepresented its 2014 Mini Coopers' fuel economy shouldn't proceed as a class action, saying the plaintiffs can't identify other buyers who relied on the fuel economy estimates when purchasing their cars.
