FCC Halts Clock On Comcast, AT&T Merger Reviews
The Federal Communications Commission said Friday it has paused the clock on its review of Comcast Corp.'s merger with Time Warner Cable Inc. and AT&T Inc.'s tie-up with DirecTV until after the D.C. Circuit rules on a bid by several media companies to block the agency's disclosure of their confidential information as part of the reviews.
