    Aviation Co. Says Broker Can't Derail Negligence Suit

    Aeronautical services company Quest Aviation Inc. urged a South Dakota federal judge Thursday to allow it to proceed with a suit alleging its insurance broker negligently sold Quest inadequate insurance that may not fully cover damages in wrongful death litigation, arguing that tort claims can be resolved in a declaratory judgment action.
