    A New York federal judge ruled Monday that entities of bankrupt Danish marine fuel supplier and trader O.W. Bunker AS hold maritime liens over fuel bunkers supplied to various vessels, determining that two oil companies that physically delivered the bunkers hold no liens with dibs on getting paid.
