    Naval contractor NVision Solutions Inc. filed a lawsuit against Hunter Technology Corp. in Mississippi federal court on Thursday, saying that the subcontractor agreed to supply NVision with defense tools under a contract with full knowledge that it lacked the necessary staff to complete the time-sensitive work, costing the company $35 million.
