The American Civil Liberties Union, Electronic Frontier Foundation and a coalition of six civil rights groups have told the D.C. Circuit they intend to file amici briefs supporting the Federal Communications Commission in a challenge to its Open Internet Order.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Business Roundtable and National Association of Manufacturers together blasted the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rules in the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday, arguing that the rules will cost billions in investment because of regulatory uncertainty and forced caution.
