    PG&E Must Face RICO Claim From Natural Gas Supplier

    A California federal judge on Monday kept alive a host of state law and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act claims against Pacific Gas & Electric Co. in a case brought by a natural gas supplier saying the utility stiffed it hundreds of thousands of dollars, but dismissed without prejudice Sherman Act violations while giving the supplier the chance to amend.
