    PG&E Still On The Hook In Natural Gas Supplier's RICO Suit

    A California federal judge on Thursday refused to toss a natural gas supplier's amended suit alleging it had been stiffed by Pacific Gas and Electric Co., saying that the supplier's allegations might support a finding that the utility benefited from an alleged Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act violation.
