    Heinz Sued Over Trans Fat Claims On Fries, Tater Tots

    H.J. Heinz Co. was hit with a proposed class action Thursday accusing the food processing giant of falsely marketing its frozen microwave tater tots and french fries as containing no trans fats when they allegedly contain "dangerous levels" of the compound.
