A New Mexico federal judge on Wednesday refused to vacate his decision to toss the Pueblo of Pojoaque’s suit against the state over the tribe's right to operate two casinos, saying he didn’t create a jurisdictional problem by indicating in the ruling how he’d respond to the Tenth Circuit’s pending decision on an interlocutory appeal.
