    Porsche Can't Ditch Windshield Glare Class Action

    A California federal judge on Friday rejected a bid by Porsche to toss a proposed class action claiming its beige-colored dashboards can cause drivers to be temporarily blinded by reflecting the sun's glare onto windshields, finding the proposed claims have so far been adequately supported.
