Hospital Beats EEOC Claim Over Its Disabled Worker Policy
A federal judge on Thursday refused the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's bid to alter a judgment tossing its suit alleging a Dallas medical center failed to accommodate an injured employee, saying the agency didn't show a policy of requiring disabled employees to compete with nondisabled applicants ran afoul of a federal law.
