    Specialty Pharmacy Can't Keep Express Scripts Contract

    A New York federal judge on Monday refused to order Express Scripts Inc. to reinstate its contract with New York-based specialty pharmacy Linden Care LLC, finding the pharmacy benefits manager was within its rights to end the relationship and that the pharmacy was unable to prove that the severance will cause irreparable harm.
