Comcast Ventures LP, Google Capital Management LLC and other FanDuel Inc. investors were dismissed from a class action accusing them of helping the fantasy sports platform conduct illegal gambling, according to a document filed on Monday in sprawling daily fantasy sports multidistrict litigation in Massachusetts federal court.

A putative class action filed Thursday in Manhattan marks the first of what are likely to be several lawsuits against JPMorgan Chase & Co., Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other firms for processing payments for DraftKings and FanDuel.
