    Heinz, Rockstar Hit With Suits Over 'Made In US' Labels

    Both condiment maker H.J. Heinz and energy drink maker Rockstar dupe customers into paying more for products labeled "manufactured in the U.S." when they actually contain foreign-made ingredients, in violation of California's consumer protection laws, according to two proposed class actions lodged Thursday in California federal court.
