Skechers Ordered To Give Nike Docs In Patent Venue Dispute
Skechers Inc. has been ordered to turn over information about its sales and various types of property in Oregon as a federal court works to determine whether a patent infringement case brought by Nike Inc. should remain in the state following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the TC Heartland case.

Nike Sues Skechers Over Sneaker Design Patents
Nike Inc. hit Skechers USA Inc. with a lawsuit Monday accusing the rival of infringing eight different design patents for sneakers, the latest in a string of recent lawsuits accusing Skechers of illegally imitating competing footwear brands.
