    Ford Says GT Trademark Strong, Auto Parts Co. Infringed

    Ford urged a Florida federal judge Friday to reject a parts maker's bid to sidestep counterclaims filed by the automaker in a trademark dispute, saying its GT and other trademarks are strong and entitled to a broad scope of protection, and that the parts maker's logos are similar enough to constitute infringement.
