NC Tribe Settles TM Claims Over Anheuser-Busch Store Ads
The chairman of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina said Friday that the tribe had agreed to resolve its claims that Anheuser-Busch LLC and one of its distributors had used the tribe's trademarks without permission to promote and sell alcoholic beverages in exchange for a "sizable donation" from the distributor.
