    A California federal judge denied class certification Thursday to a group of Spotify USA Inc. users who signed up for a discount trial period but were allegedly tricked into paying for the streaming service after it auto-renewed, citing discovery findings that the lead plaintiff did in fact continue to use the service after the trial period ended.
