Commerce and Industry Insurance Co. on Tuesday joined Liberty Mutual in its suit claiming two other insurers are primarily responsible for coverage stemming from a deadly explosion at an oil well site, telling a Texas federal judge that any coverage under policies it offered also is secondary.
