    A North Carolina federal judge ruled against a luxury Italian furniture brand Friday in its dispute with a Colorado design firm over a deal to furnish Mormon temples, saying Giemme Stile SpA can't shirk a $166,000 arbitration award and must pay attorney fees as well.
