Beauty products company Vogue International asked a Florida federal judge Monday to rule that Hartford Casualty Insurance Co. must cover its costs to defend a lawsuit alleging it disparaged and ripped off the trademarks of a rival company, while the insurer pushed the court to dismiss the suit.
