    A Texas federal court has disqualified an arbiter and thrown out an award in a business dispute in a business dispute between a subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy and the U.S. arm of a Chinese state-owned oil company, saying the arbiter spent nearly a year hiding his own business ties to Chesapeake while serving on the arbitration panel.
