AT&T Win On Spanish Survey Texts Appealed In 7th Circ.
An Illinois trial judge's ruling that AT&T could not have violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by texting out survey promotions using numbers from customer files will be appealed to the Seventh Circuit, according to court papers.
