    Silicone Co. To Pay $1.25M For Faking Compliance Reports

    Momentive Performance Materials Silicones LLC agreed in New York federal court on Thursday to pay the U.S. government and the state a total of $1.25 million in fines to resolve a lawsuit alleging that the silicone manufacturer faked compliance reports to show that its incinerator in Waterford met environmental laws.
