    Cupcake Sushi Reaches Conditional Settlement With Rival

    Cupcake Sushi LLC told a California federal court Monday that it has resolved the claims in its patent suit against its rival, Sushi Sweets, with the "unique confectionary dessert cake" maker saying the parties have reached a conditional settlement in the suit that accused a pastry chef of running off with Cupcake Sushi's trade secrets.
