    Helmet Maker Says Players' Own Claims Nix Concussion Suit

    Sports equipment company Riddell Inc. argued Wednesday it shouldn't have to face allegations made by a putative class of former high school football players who say the helmet maker is responsible for long-term brain injuries, arguing the plaintiffs' "contradictory" claims do not make a clear argument about the efficacy of helmets.
