    Fossil Group Inc. can't get an early escape from a proposed class action alleging the company deceives consumers with phony discounts advertised at its outlet stores, a California federal judge ruled Monday, finding that the consumer leading the suit had sufficiently supported his claims about allegedly misleading price tags and signs.
