    Tribunal Lacked Power To Nix $135M Claim, Softgel Co. Says

    Colombian softgel manufacturer Procaps SA pressed a New York federal court Tuesday to nix part of an arbitral award rejecting its $135 million claim for lost profits after Patheon Inc. breached their product development deal, arguing that the arbitrators exceeded their authority by depriving Procaps of this contractual remedy.
