    Cigna, American Health Systems and the customers suing the two asked a California federal judge Thursday to move their case to an eastern Pennsylvania court, where attorneys are coordinating similar lawsuits that also accuse Cigna of adding AHS charges to customers' bills as if they were medical expenses.
