    Ford Says Court Can't 'Usurp' Jury's Hostile Workplace Verdict

    Ford Motor Co. told a Michigan federal judge on Monday that ordering a new trial over a former worker's hostile environment claims is "contrary to law," saying a court cannot "usurp" the jury's role and make its own decisions on the issues that were properly considered by the jury.
