    Skechers USA Inc. asked a California federal judge on Saturday to rule that the company isn't violating the famous three-stripe logo trademark owned by competitor Adidas AG with its Skecher Street Goldie-Peaks shoe, which features a design that spurred cease-and-desist letters from Adidas last year.
