    Travelers Needn't Cover Coffee Co. In Fake 'Kona' Suit

    A Colorado federal judge has freed Travelers from having to cover Boyer's Coffee Co. in class litigation accusing Boyer, along with Amazon and Walmart, of violating federal law by selling ordinary coffee under the name "Kona," finding the underlying claims did not trigger Travelers' policies.
