A national car wash company will pay $70,000 to wrap up a lawsuit alleging it violated disability discrimination law by firing a Denver-area employee after he suffered an epileptic seizure and asked to be excused from driving customers' cars, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Friday.
