The U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency put forward three proposed settlements Thursday in Utah and Colorado federal courts for a combined $9.25 million to resolve allegations that natural gas processors violated federal and state air pollution laws by failing to monitor leaks.
