A staffing company will pay $125,000 to settle a suit the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed in Idaho federal court claiming the headhunting outfit sued a former worker for defamation and bad-mouthed her after she lodged a disability bias charge, the EEOC said Monday.
