    Ark. City's Franchise Fee Case Against Netflix, Hulu Tossed

    A federal court found that an Arkansas city cannot impose fees on Netflix and Hulu, ruling that state municipalities are not authorized to sue the streaming services under state law and that the services would have qualified for an exclusion in any event.
