    Syngenta, Corteva Pesticide Antitrust Cases Centralized In NC

    The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has agreed to centralize 10 lawsuits in the Middle District of North Carolina brought by farmers accusing major pesticide manufacturers Syngenta AG and Corteva Inc. of violating federal antitrust laws by paying distributors to block cheaper generic products.
