    A Colorado federal judge on Friday denied a bid by former NewAge Inc. CEO Brent David Willis to dismiss a suit by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission alleging he misled investors by talking up the CBD company's prospects, saying the SEC plausibly alleges that Willis knew he was spreading false information when he made the statements in question.
