A Texas federal magistrate judge has recommended keeping alive a suit accusing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives of unlawfully enforcing the Gun Control Act by revoking firearms dealers' licenses for paperwork errors, saying a gun shop plausibly alleges it's an "object of an increased regulatory burden."
