    A Texas federal judge on Tuesday declined Amazon's request for approximately $168,000 in attorney fees and sanctions after it successfully fended off a patent infringement suit, saying his decision to toss the complaint with prejudice after finding the plaintiff litigated the case in an "exceptionally poor manner" was a sufficient sanction.
