Wash. Judge Allows T-Mobile SIM Scam Suit To Proceed
A Seattle federal judge has denied most of T-Mobile's motion to dismiss in a putative class action against the company for allegedly allowing SIM swap scams through its service, tossing two of the plaintiff's causes of action but allowing the remaining four to proceed and writing that the court shouldn't yet have to consider the company's terms and conditions as they fall outside of the initial pleadings.
