Citigroup Investors Say New Fines Should Revive Del. Suit

Law360, Wilmington (March 8, 2018, 8:16 PM EST) -- Shareholders of Citigroup Inc. told a Delaware Chancery Court judge on Thursday that they should be allowed to amend their previously dismissed derivative suit against the bank's directors in light of a $70 million civil penalty imposed by the federal government for continued failures to comply with regulations.
