As Deepwater Trial Draws Near, Evidentiary Battles Intensify

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 5:37 PM EST) -- With trial looming in the multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, BP PLC, its co-defendants and the court are racing through a spate of filings on evidence and witnesses in preparation for the Feb. 27 start date.
